​Erin Green

Erin decided to start EEG Immigration Law Group after over 20 years of corporate immigration management experience, servicing clients from start-ups to mid-sized owned and managed enterprises, and large multi-national corporations that have significant overseas business and facilities.  He has worked for law firms in Israel, Canada and the U.S.  As a frequent lecturer, he has delivered customized presentations to large audiences regarding immigration processes, policies, laws, current events, and compliance.  He also headed internal operations for a multibillion-dollar company, building and overseeing the largest in-house corporate immigration and compliance team in the U.S.

In addition to a proven track record of achieving results for his clients, Erin maintains an impeccable reputation for client service. His work style is focused on the importance each client and in explaining immigration strategies and concepts in a transparent, friendly, helpful and positive way.  Erin believes that good customer service means meeting expectations - but excellent customer service means exceeding them.

• Handled full spectrum of employment-based nonimmigrant,  immigrant, and labor certification filings for broad range of clients from start-ups and entrepreneurs to small and medium-sized companies to Fortune 50 global corporations.
• Oversaw the preparation of thousands of permanent residence and temporary employment petitions and applications for billion-dollar high tech, diamond, defense, manufacturing, communications, and bio-tech global companies.
• H-1B Expert sought out for advice by media, U.S. government branches and corporations regarding H-1B regulations and trends.
• Served as exclusive U.S. immigration advisor to The American/Israeli Chamber of Commerce, Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute.
• Supported many start-up companies with the immigration aspects of expanding to the United States, strategizing complex solutions to the most challenging immigration problems for L-1 New Company and E-2 Petitions.
• Extensive experience and relationships with Department of State Consular officials, including weekly representation of corporate E-1 clients at U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv.
• Founded and oversaw CPG Law Group's Dallas Office and co-founded and headed U.S. Immigration Law Department at Kan-tor & Acco, a global immigration law firm.
